~ One Woman at a Time ~
But let him ask in faith without doubting.
James 1:6 (HCSB)
Hi Beautiful Sparrow.
I’m thinking of you and I am wondering how strong your faith is today as you seek God’s will for your life. I am praying you are taking your requests with boldness to the throne of Jesus. I am lifting you, asking God to reveal His power, so you will confidently ask out of His abundance and not waver under your lack.
Uncertainty of God’s will comes when we focus on what we are capable of, and confidence wells when we understand who God is.
You are heavy on my heart and I’m praying that you are faith-brave and that you would ask God to fulfill the desires of your heart ten-fold. I am asking that you would dream BIG in God’s plan for your future and that your imagination would run wild with hope and trust in the God-possibilities of today and tomorrow.
You see, your God? The One with
Overflowing grace and mercy?
He wants to take you somewhere only He is capable of. He wants to show the world the majesty of His power and the kindness of His sacrifice. God wants to make Himself famous for all He is worthy of and, my friend, He wants to do it through you.
You’ve been given the faith to believe …and to ask.
Lift that shield of faith, bring your heart low in humility and gratefulness, and ask boldly for what you dream for God.
Under your troubles Jesus has shown you who He is; a God that is for you and calls you beloved. He is the One who fights your battles, heals your wounds, and carries you in the dark places. I pray you will not waver in your posture of asking God for great things. He is capable of nothing less.
Our attitude, when approaching the throne, should be one of great expectation in the receiving of wisdom required to navigate our steps. You are called a Believer because you have experienced Jesus Himself.
Are you feeling low, and ineffective? Are you doubting direction and the possibilities of what lies ahead? Fall to your knees, ask the Savior to remind you of all He is done in your past, draw from those experiences, and confidently ask for His will and plans for your life.
Jesus, You have proven Yourself over and over. Help me to come before You with unwavering faith in who You are so I will have bold confidence for the plans you have for me. It is in Your power I pray. Amen
Who, or what, are you focussing on when you seek God’s will for your life?
Do you have a heart for women’s ministry? Is God tugging on your heart with a “something more”? If so, would you prayerfully consider being an advocate to end Bible Poverty?
I pray you Live Like You Know …where you are going.
Strength to strength,
