Sunday Dinner (Sunday Lunch for y’all not from the South)

 

As a mother of older children, I crave connecting with my family.  The only time I know everyone will be in the house, at the same time, is Sunday after church.  This meal time is precious to me and there is a fairly firm rule “No plans after church” in my home.  We gather at the table and our lives are brought together.  Meal prep is done on Saturday, the oven or crock pot is set before church service, and this Mama’s heart is filled as her family gathers around the table.
